For some time now BMW dealers (some) have been offering their early morning service arrivals a complimentary breakfast. Think about it. To book your car in early for a service and get to work on time, you need to leave earlier than usual and would probably miss out on the most important meal of the day. Well done guys that is a WOW moment. Thinking of how to assist others and linking that activity to your BRAND VALUE. Well done BMW. .... this is truely a sincere environmental consideration, an unexpected WOW factor !!!
