Part of our service offering is to assist businesses, performers and professionals with the unspoken often unnoticed environmental and transactional stimulants that are projected at their customers - patrons - audiences - patients and to see if these are narrowing or broadening the WOW gap. When the WOW gap is reduced, your clients will become your ambassadors and tell others about their experiences. There are many factors that will have an effect on client behaviour. We will assist you to define the appropriate emotive experience your client should have and then determine what environmental changes, WOW Factors (concept) and/or processes will get you there.
THE PROCESS
Step 1 Environmental observation and WOW analysis. This determines the positive and negative stimuli in your transactional and interactional environments and the effect that this could have on your clients - patrons - audiences - patients.

Step 3 The development of a THOUGHT STIMULATION STRATEGY
Step 4 WOW Factors (concepts) are designed to address the WOW gaps - (Optional)
Step 5 The WOW Factory assists you to implement the WOW Factors (concepts) - (Optional)
Step 6 Concept rights are transferred to you. Only applicable if concepts are created and implemented

THE CONDITIONS
1. All discussions held with THE WOW FACTORY will remain confidential.
2. The WOW analysis fee is payable upon presentation of the WOW analysis report and invoice.
3. The WOW CONCEPT creation and implementation rights fees are payable within 7 days of presentation & acceptance of the concept/s and invoice.
4. In the event that it is decided that the concept/s will not be implemented, then only The WOW CONCEPT creation fee becomes payable within 7 days as per point 3. above. This decision is taken during the presentation phase. The WOW CONCEPT implementation rights will remain the property of THE WOW FACTORY .
5. Should the decision be taken to implement the WOW CONCEPT and should THE WOW FACTORY be required to assist with the implementation, then the implementation timeframe will be agreed upon during the presentation phase and the fee will only be payable within 7 days after completion of the implementation & presentation of invoice.
6. The WOW Factors (Concept/s) will be created prior to the presentation phase and shared with the relative business owners or divisional management during a scheduled presentation appointment.
7. Upon acceptance, implementation and receipt of full concept/s and implementation rights payment/s , ownership rights of the concept/s will transfer to the client.
8. Should it be decided that implementation will be done internally or via an outsourced third party other than The Wow Factory then this may be initiated upon receipt of all payments for the WOW analysis, Concept creation and implementation rights.
9. WOW website seals issued and listing rights are annually renewable.
10. Website WOW ratings will only be supplied if the sample size is 100 plus.
11. WOW seals & links will only be issued to successful applicants but will be reviewed annually.
12. The WOW Factory reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to issue WOW seals to businesses and alike who meet and exceed the discretionary protocols & processes used during the evaluation and application processes.
13. Travel costs outside the Gauteng boundaries are for the client's account.
